The start of the Salone del Vino Torino 2026 is approaching, which will be held at the OGR Turin from 28 February to 2 March 2026. On the programme, in addition to the long weekend of tastings involving over 500 wineries , there will also be a busy schedule of masterclasses , meetings with producers and great talks with special guests and industry professionals.
The stage of the OGR Turin will host Different stories and experiences to explore, with journalists and experts, the latest trends in the world of wine and their connection to gastronomy and cuisine. Furthermore, thanks to the new collaboration with the DISSAPORE platform, which combines traditional and digital journalism, the in-depth discussions will be enriched with contributions from storytellers and digital creators from across Italy who will be involved in masterclasses to discover niche, original wines, and the many new experiments. The public can participate in the Talks for free by purchasing a tasting package and reserving their place on the website.
Saturday, February 28th
4:30 PM: We believe in organic: the right choice for nature lovers.
Organized by the Organic Wine Producers Association, President Enrico Rovero and gastronome Pier Ottavio Daniele will discuss what it means to produce organic wine today: not just certification, but also an agricultural vision, soil conservation, biodiversity, and social responsibility. From vineyard management to consumer relations, organic is presented as a cultural choice, even more than a technical one. This discussion focuses on nature as an ally.
5:15 PM: A journey through Italian food and wine
Giuseppe Calabrese , host of Linea Verde Rai1, talks to Massimo Corrado, President of Go Wine , to explore the Italian taste through travel experiences, meetings with producers and gastronomic discoveries.
A conversation about memory and contemporaneity, where food and wine become a tool for understanding the landscape and identity of local areas.

Giustino Ballato, organizer of the Salone del Pane , in conversation with Patrizio Anisio: yeasts, fermentations, agricultural biodiversity, and sustainability. 1:30 PM: Ferment at home like in the great restaurants
Sara Nicolosi , chef at Altatto in Milan , talks with Chiara Cavalleris: fermentation techniques are moving beyond the confines of the fine dining world and becoming a shared heritage: kombucha, vegetable garum, and creative preservation techniques can be replicated at home. A practical and inspirational meeting that combines signature cuisine and everyday sustainability.
2:30 PM: Cultivating the Future
Four first-generation companies , four experiences in environmental sustainability, share their stories: from landscape care to vineyard attention, from regenerative soil management to the new frontiers of precision viticulture, up to integrated supply chain models, the talk shows how the new generations are rewriting the way of doing agricultural business.
3:30 PM: Wine ice cream, but with a contemporary twist!
Marco Marengo of Manorossa gelateria, in conversation with Chiara Cavalleris , explores the new frontiers of modern artisanal gelato applied to wine: techniques, aromatic balance, and grape variety characterization. A meeting that unites gastronomic creativity and winemaking culture, transforming a curious idea into a structured sensory experience.
4.30pm: Max Casacci: THROUGH THE GRAPEVINE
Interview and listening session on the sound composition that spans the winemaking process. Musician and producer Max Casacci presents his sound composition project, created by recording the actual sounds of winemaking: the rustling of leaves, the pressing, the fermentation, the work in the cellar.
" Through the Grapevine " is a narrated listening experience, a sonic journey that transforms matter into music and the production chain into an artistic experience. A meeting that concludes the day by intertwining wine culture, innovation, and contemporary experimentation.

12:45 PM: Stefano Quaglierini (aka Italian Wines ) presents "Prima Domus: Born in Tuscany to Enthuse the World." A chance to talk about and taste wines from his Tuscan winemaking project, "Prima Domus."
1:45 PM: Angelo Antonello (aka Tellmewine ) presents "Chic & Pop: The Two Faces of Piedmont" in collaboration with the Langhe winery Barale Fratelli. This event highlights not only the taste and sensory differences between Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto wines, but also the cultural and social significance of these varietals.
2:45 PM: Stefano Barale (aka il_vino_lo_porto_io ) presents "Mountain Bubbles & Sushi, the Unexpected Encounter," in collaboration with Giro di Vite and Cantina Dellerba wineries. An unexpected encounter to discover new food and wine pairing options with the Pinerolo region's finest products.
3:45 PM: Creators and wine communicators Luca della Regina and Simona Smeriglio delve into "The Young Side of Wine." An opportunity to discuss entrepreneurial vision, the market, language, and positioning. How to go from explaining a wine to making it a desirable one. How to stop talking to young people and start speaking a language they understand.
4:45 PM: Laura Lercara and Andrea Lees of the Spiriti in Cantina project present "Nebbiolo: How Well Do You Really Know It? Test Yourself." A blind tasting of five Nebbiolos from five major Piedmontese appellations, to explore, without prejudice, the characteristics this variety expresses in different regions.
5:45 PM: Valentina and Luca from the Mescita.it project present "Timorasso Vertical: The Longevity of the Tortonesi Hills." A storytelling and tasting experience dedicated to Timorasso dei Colli Tortonesi, interpreted by five producers, to analyze its evolution over time and its connection to the territory. The tasting will include wines from La Colombera, Oltretorrente, Ezio Poggio, Valli Unite, and Vigneti Massa.
6:45 pm: Ronny Briolotti of Mosto Podcast , tells us about wines from Alto Piemonte in collaboration with the Davide Calgaro winery, a producer of fine and authentic wines, which tell the story of the developing identity of the Alto Piemonte region.
The areas dedicated to free masterclasses will be the protagonists of this fourth edition of the Salone del Vino: 3 spaces designed for tasting and in-depth study, the Social Table of SNODO - OGR Torino , Foyer 2 of the OGR Torino and Platform 3 of the OGR Torino. Visitors to the Salone will be able to participate for free by purchasing a tasting package and registering on the website.
