A third edition in the name of growth, with two pavilions involved, 360 exhibitors, a hundred of events and an expected attendance of 40,000 (+33% with respect to 2014). Two halls, 360 exhibitors and a hundred events for the third edition of Cosmofood, from 14 to 17 November 2015 at the Vicenza Fair.
Fine Dining, Catering and Professional Equipment. These are the three pillars on which the event develops, that in four days will allow the professional operator and the home user to meet the best producers of the country, to know the products and buy them.
An events area will be active, with hundreds of events planned including cooking classes, wine tastings, cooking shows and seminars. After the excellent results of the second edition, which registered an increase of +50% on the number of visitors and a more than 100% in the number of exhibitors compared to the 2013 edition, Cosmofood is pointing this year to further growth, bringing to 360 the exhibitors (+20%) and aiming to reach 40,000 presences in 4 days.
Among the novelties of this year, the logo.
New graphics, a redesign of the whole point to highlight the shift towards the professional part, proposing itself as the first exhibition of Triveneto dedicated to wine and food and to the Italian HoReCa industry.
A further novelty regards the dates: the third edition goes back to the origins moving to
mid–November, from 14 to 17.
Two are the pavilions involved: one dedicated to wine in which we will find the areas:
Cosmowine, that hosts the best of the wine industry with eighty wineries from all over the country;
Cosmobeer, dedicated to the world of craft beer, with forty Italian and European microbreweries;
Food, restaurants and quality products; Food intolerances, Gluten Free, Organic & Vegan dedicated to the range of foods for those with specific allergies, organic and vegan produce, where you can learn about and meet leading–edge companies that offer products with BIO brands, foods for vegans, coeliac disease sufferers, lactose intolerants.
Third novelty of this year: the second pavilion entirely dedicated to professional equipment with
Cosmotech, where you can meet the best companies in the industry with the latest technology in the field of catering. Buyers, Great and Small Distribution Managers, specialized wholesalers, owners of bars, snack bars, pubs, breweries, takeaways, caterers, chefs and trade press will find here the most innovative and suitable for their needs solutions.
In parallel, the events area will be active, with hundreds of events planned including cooking classes, wine tastings, cooking shows, seminars and workshops held in collaboration with chef, associations and professionals.
A unique opportunity for both the
operator and the
private consumer will have at the fair the chance to discover new gastronomic trends and new technologies by participating in several meetings designed for the business operator who wants to be trained and updated in his/her professional sector, but also for the private consumer, cooking enthusiast, who wants to prove him/herself trying to understand the secrets of the chefs or update on topics of interest.
The format is the same:
the fair will be open to both the general public and to professional operators on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., while on Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
