The result of advanced research on non-GMO vines resistant to diseases such as downy mildew and powdery mildew, Virdis minimizes the need for chemical treatments, highlighting the commitment to environmental preservation. The selected varieties, including Fleurtai and Soreli (derived from Friulano) and the innovative Nepis and Ritos (inspired by Sauvignon Blanc), were developed in collaboration with the VCR nurserymen of Rauscedo ”. The tasting of organic Virdis IGT offers a unique experience, with a fresh and mineral character and floral and fruity notes, it is perfect as an aperitif, very versatile in gastronomic combinations, well suited to risottos with seasonal vegetables, white meats, non-alcoholic cheeses. seasoned.
