Two very ancient Southern vines in two territories kissed by the sun which gives aromas of extraordinary intensity from sustainable agricultural and environmental production.
It is an opportunity to enrich your knowledge, network with professionals in the sector and, of course, enjoy the interesting wine offer of southern Italy.
The invitation is aimed at wine enthusiasts, sector operators, journalists and all those interested in learning more about these varieties.
The program includes the first masterclass at 11.00 am followed by the opening of the tasting tables at 12.30 pm with the labels of all the producers present. It repeats in the afternoon with a second Masterclass with wines from other producers from the two territories, preceded by a conference that will start at 5.30pm. The proceedings will close with the opening of the tasting tables at 8.15pm, open to the public of accredited guests only.
The Municipality and the Consortium for the protection of Gioia del Colle mozzarella will provide typical local products for the tasting stands.
