Description of the wine:
Verduzzo is produced in the types Still, Sparkling and Raisin. This wine has always enjoyed an excellent reputation, although, in recent years, it has been overshadowed by the arrival of international varieties.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Verduzzo has light yellow or straw yellow color, with greenish glares. It has a delicate, fruity, characteristic aroma and in the mouth is dry, fruity, harmonious and pleasant.
Historical-cultural information and curiosities:
Verduzzo Friulano is a native grape of Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Veneto Orientale (Treviso and Venice), while Verduzzo of Treviso would be original from Sardinia.
Serving suggestions:
It is a great wine for appetizers, served with light appetizers. It is also accompanied by dishes of fish or soft cheese. To try it with dry pastry, even between meals.
