Dry white wine of straw yellow color of 12.5% vol. Intense floral fragrance with a pleasant hint of golden apple and hints of yellow flowers. At the palate it is warm, fairly full–bodied, well–structured and pleasantly acidic.
These features make the Pinot Grigio of the BOSCO ALBANO ESTATE a wine of character with an excellent persistence on the palate, which evolves with time towards more complex tones of ripe fruit, if kept in the bottle even for 18/24 months.
Excellent as an aperitif, ideal at the table with shellfish appetizers, pasta dishes based on fish and second courses of grilled fish or white meat.
