Truly remarkable the Batar wine value, not to fear comparisons with prestigious French Chardonnay. Its aromas of ripe apples and spices emerge from a balanced body which emerges wood and fruity with a ripe banana in great evidence. Its remarkable persistence the crowning touch to a taste really good! This complex wine reaches its full maturity after about 4 years before this date, it may appear too closed. We suggest, therefore, to keep it safe and consume around four years of age, taking into account that the Batar wine can be aged for up to 12 years. Batar wine is not filtered, can produce particles in suspension, which however do not affect its organoleptic quality.
