It is a native dry white wine. Its color is straw yellow, pale, with greenish hues, distinctive, dry, citrine, with medium alcohol content. Its pleasant bouquet reminds of the forest, acacia and wild flowers. It goes well with any fish dish but also with soups, especially those creamy and smooth. To be served at a temperature of 10-12 degrees Celsius.
