Dry white wine with good alcohol content and average fixed acidity, elegant body, slightly coppery yellow color. It has a delicate aroma, floral when young, to turn into a strong scent reminiscent of freshly baked bread crust after refinement. Its taste has hints of dried fruit (nut malt and roasted almonds). It is an aperitif wine, very good with lean appetizers, dishes of eggs and fish. It is also indicated with boiled meat.
