Orzaia's Prosecco DOC Brut is a fine and elegant sparkling wine, designed for those who love freshness but don't want to sacrifice complexity. Made from 100% Glera grapes grown on rocky soils and harvested in early September, it is vinified at a controlled temperature to preserve the varietal aromas. The secondary fermentation takes place using the long Charmat method, with approximately five months of aging in autoclave, which enhances its fragrance and ensures a fine, persistent foam. The color is a brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose reveals aromas of green apple, pear, citrus, and white flowers such as wisteria and acacia.
