This Orzaia Metodo Classico, produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, is a sparkling wine that combines technical precision and great personality. After harvesting, which takes place between late August and early September, the wine is vinified without skins with temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatic integrity. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, according to the classic method, and the wine ages on the lees for 18 months, developing structure and complexity. It has a bright straw yellow color. The nose is broad and refined, with notes of golden delicious apple, citrus, bread crust, yeast, and an elegant minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and taut, with fine, creamy bubbles. Its savory character and pronounced acidity make it dynamic, and the finish is long and vibrant. This sparkling wine is designed for true connoisseurs, best served at 8°C to fully enjoy its balance and richness.
