VINIFICATION: the harvested grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and ready for a 24-hours- pre-fermentation maceration at a temperature of 15°C. COLOUR: ruby red. BOUQUET: intense and persistent with a hint of red fruits harmonized with pleasing shades of vanilla and the first hints of spice. TASTE: mature wine in the vine reappears with mellow and hay warm tones in harmony with the presence of oak Tronais reminiscent of the long aging in small barrels capacity. REFINEMENT: at the end of fall, the wine has its maturation in carats Bordeaux oak Tronais, for a period of about 14 months. It is then put in bigger barrels for 12 more months. After bottling, the wine has its maturation period in a dark cellar at a temperature of 16°C for at least 18 months. SERVING: at a temperature of 16-18 degrees.
