This wine comes from a careful manual selection of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Vedot, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with a long maceration on the skins. Keep in aging in French oak barrels for 14 months and 10 months in bottle before being put on the market. Deep red color, on the nose with intense sensation of red and black fruit, ripe, with hints of spice. In the mouth is tense and fragrant, supported by a nice acidity and tannin thick, tight. Pairing Excellent with red meats and soups tasty, it goes well with cheese. Storage Store in a cool and dark cellar at a constant temperature, making sure that the bottles are laid horizontally.
