Organoleptic characteristics
Colour : Ruby red with garnet grains; On the nose, deep, intense and complex, offers fine vegetal notes of undergrowth and Mediterranean. Next you come to perceptions of tobacco leaf and dried hay, a memories of cherry and plum fruit and nuances of vanilla, cinnamon, coffee, cocoa powder and bitter licorice. On the palate is elegant, balanced, with a strong acidity that makes it nice and supports silky tannins and well blended in a beautiful sapidit, long and persistent, with hints of balsamic closes. Vinification: Fermentation and maceration ca 20 days
Aging: 14 months in new barrels, 75% of 225 lt, 25% aged barriques.
