Native dry red wine with good body, not very alcoholic, with good fixed acidity, fresh and citrine. It has red color with purple hues. Its scent, intense and spicy, has reminiscents of wild blackberry, raspberry, blueberry. With aging it evolves into an elegant bouquet of underbrush, musk and aromatic wood. It is excellent with appetizers of salami, first courses with game sauces, game (in particular pheasant, woodcock and quail). It should be served at a temperature of 8-20 degrees Celsius.
