It is certainly a great wine, full and strong, dry, rich in color, with a fixed acidity on average that improves its aging. It has vinous aroma and flavour, with hints of wild berries (mainly raspberry) when young. With aging it perfects significantly, taking a dry taste with a pleasant bouquet of black cherry. It is a wine for roasts, white meat (rabbit and poultry), but goes well also with roast-beef and cold meats. It should be served at around 16-18 degrees Celsius.
