Balanced at the beginning, harmonious and persistent in the final
Food pairing:
It goes well with foods with a strong taste, but not excessive. Ideal with pasta with red sauces, salami and grilled meats
Service:
To be able to bring out its fresh perfumes, it should be served in glasses of 5/6 cm of mouth, to a maximum temperature of 18°C.
Best age for consumption:
Within 5 years from the harvest.
Additional Information:
The selection of the grapes is carried out with the utmost care, like any other wine–making process, in order to extract only the softer tannins:
Fermentation in temperature–controlled stainless steel tanks
Aging in stainless steel tanks and then in bottles
Bottling is done without too narrow filtration operations, that while making the wine brilliant, unequivocally weaken its structure.
