It has golden yellow color, more intense when aged. It has a wide bouquet, elegant, reminiscent of honey, acacia, liquorice. Its taste is sweet, soft, with hints of aromatic wood and wild flowers and a delicate presence of ripe fruit, balanced, very long in the sensations. It is a classic wine for meditation, special occasions or desserts. It goes well with dry pastry but also cheese. It can be appreciated as an aperitif. To taste it in all its complexity, it should be served cool but not cold.
