Ingredients:
200 g sliced smoked swordfish
2 bunches arugula
2 tablespoons almonds flakes
Grana cheese cut into slivers
balsamic vinegar
extra virgin olive oil
salt, pepper
Instructions
Prepare a vinaigrette with 6 tablespoons of oil and 3 of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Blend it all with almonds to obtain a fairly liquid sauce.
In the serving dish arrange the arugula and distribute over it the slices of swordfish topped with the sauce.
Sprinkle with Grana cheese flakes and serve with croutons and butter curls.
