The management of the Città di Londra Tavern by Angelo Rossa was founded 37 years ago in the old buildings that were near the current via Ghiberti.
Angelo and Amalia Rossa, the parents of five children who, together with their wives and son–in–law, have always contributed to the work and to the administration of the restaurant, at the time of their deserved retirement passed the company to their children, who still run it with the grandchildren. Hence, the feature of the venue, a family hospitality out of the ordinary, a cheerful and carefree generosity transmitted by Ezio, Maria and Marino, who captivates the customer during their stay in the premises.
The homemade specialties cooked by Stefano Visintin, such as "Spaghetti alle Scovaze" and "Jota", are always accompanied by good local wine.
Located in the center of the city of Trieste, a few steps from the central train station and the bus station, is also suitable for large groups, the venue is simple but nice, that invokes London and England in the furniture, it is comfortable and appropriate for demanding customers who do not want to spend a lot of money.
