Brut Rosé

It is a sparkling wine that fits perfectly with the Salento tradition of making great rosés and, at the same time, with the historic activity of the Calò family in distributing champagne throughout Italy at the beginning of their business.

From this union, from this undisputed love for bubbles and from the desire to demonstrate how rosés could become great sparkling wines, the Brut Rosè Rosa del Golfo was born, the first Classic Method Rosè of negroamaro made in Salento at the time, in line with the tradition and at the same time with the innovation typical of Rosa del Golfo.

Brut Rosé is the result of a blend of 2 or more vintages of Negroamaro and Chardonnay grapes, a sparkling wine made according to the classic method, with the second fermentation therefore taking place in the bottle, and with the subsequent phase which sees it "rest" on the yeasts for 30 months.

The result is that of a rosé sparkling wine of great finesse and elegance, with a powder pink color with golden reflections, an elegant and fine nose, with flavors of small red fruits, a great texture on the palate, soft and elegant, very pleasant to drink.
