Regius is made from the Blue Portuguese grape variety.
This bright cherry red wine after fermentation is left to rest in large wooden barrels to refine quality.
The aroma is reminiscent of the tender scent of violets; the taste is fruity and refreshing with soft sounds of tannin.
For its light type it is well suited to Tagliatelle pasta, white meats, soft cheeses and typical "South Tyrolean Platters".
