From fertile and thirty-year vineyards of Croatina (90%) and Barbera (10%) we have vinified a Sparkling Bonarda DOC, with a characteristic fruity aroma. Excellent to combine with salami, cotechino, meat ravioli, risotto and boiled meats. It should be served at a temperature between 16 and 18 ° C.
