Grappa della Val di Cembra is the historic product of our company and keeps within it the history and the tradition of the distillates in our valley. Obtained by the distillation of vinasse of more grape varieties, such as Schiava, Müller Thurgau, Chardonnay and others, it presents itself at the nose with a clean aroma, of medium persistence, while in the mouth it enters determined and finishes with a slightly aromatic note.
