1888 Faver. Cilien was born, a man with charm that after the First World War became a real pioneer in the art of distillation, illegal at that time. They remain to him the most stubborn stories despite the gendarmerie. This grappa has rested for at least two years in wooden barrels (barriques and big barrels). It is thus presented with a brilliant golden yellow colour, with a bouquet of aromas and flavours that are fragrant at the nose while maintaining the typicality of grappa combined with resinous notes. At the palate it is clean, soft and fragrant, leaving a sweet and persistent aftertaste.
